I ordered from lax.com and was actually impressed with how everything showed up. The box wasn’t banged up at all, and the stuff inside was wrapped nicely with nothing sliding around loose. My stick arrived in perfect condition too, no scratches, dents, or anything like that. Nothing fancy, just simple, solid packaging that did the job well. I’d definitely recommend ordering from them.

Found the gear I needed quick, and checkout was simple too. No hassle at all, which was nice.

Shipping was really slow, which was frustrating enough, but what made it worse was getting inconsistent answers whenever I asked for an update. One person would say it was on the way, then another would give me a different timeline. I don’t mind waiting a bit, but I’d at least like clear information.

I reached out to customer service they got back to me almost instantly. They sorted everything out without any hassle, which felt like a lifesaver in the moment.

The fit is good and feels comfortable overall. I’m happy with how it turned out.

I’ve ordered from lax a handful of times now, mostly when I suddenly realize I need new gear or something is wearing out, and the loyalty rewards have actually been better than I expected. Like, I wasn’t really paying attention to the points at first, then on my last order I noticed I had enough to save some cash. Always nice when that happens. It’s nothing over-the-top or complicated, which I like. You just shop, the points build up, and eventually it helps a bit. Definitely makes me more likely to check here first next time I need something.

I ordered a new head from lax.com, and for what I needed, it turned out solid. The specs and color matched what I saw online, which was a relief because I’m picky about that stuff. My only complaint is that I wish the pocket info had been a little clearer before I bought it. Still, overall, I had a good experience and I’m happy with what I got.

Checkout did work in the end, but i’m a bit impatient with this stuff, so it felt slower than it should’ve. I also had to double-check my shipping info twice, which was kind of annoying for such a simple order. Not a dealbreaker, but I definitely prefer a smoother checkout process

I’ve ordered from lax.com a couple of times now, i’ve been happy with it. The prices are usually really fair, especially when I compare them to the local shops near me. I was genuinely excited to find a stick and gloves for less than I expected, which felt like a huge win. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that shipping could be a bit better, and some of the sale items didn’t have many sizes left. Still, for the money, I definitely think it’s worth checking out before buying somewhere else...

Overall it’s not bad at all, just kinda average if you’re hunting for something really specifc.
